1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Financial Dayscanner (the “Service”), available at dayscanner.com.my. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Financial Dayscanner is a calendar that aggregates public holidays and market closures across global financial centers to help you plan around trading days. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Licenses and access

Access to the dashboard requires a valid license key. A license is valid only while it is active, not blocked, and not expired. License keys expire at the end of the calendar year in which they are issued. Licenses are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell the holiday data or any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Share, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent the license or access controls.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and curated content, is owned by Financial Dayscanner and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own internal purposes while your license is valid.

7. Accuracy of data, not financial advice

We work hard to verify holiday and market-closure dates, but the data is drawn from public and third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The Service does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any date before relying on it, and for any decisions you make. Do not treat the Service as your sole source of truth for trading or settlement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Financial Dayscanner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
